Homestead Insurance Group Inc was founded by Amy & PJ Lewis in 2014. They wanted to build an agency team that was diverse and focused on building long lasting client relationships through a “concierge” business model. Homestead Insurance Group recognized that to be different, you must have a value proposition that is not solely attached to price. Therefore, the concierge approach was born; with the mindset of exceeding preconceived “experiences” shared by most individuals, and businesses when working with traditional insurance agencies.
Since Homestead’s inception, the agency completed three acquisitions, achieved numerous insurance carrier honors, and achieved a growth rate of 83%. PJ believes “Our world today consists of an experience economy. To be successful, you need to create an experience that is unique, and one that will ultimately stand the test of time.”
